Productivity Tip – Never Go to Zero

· Estimated reading time: 1 minutes · Translations: Pt

While browsing YouTube, I came across this video titled “30 habits that (quietly) transformed my life,” where the author shares 30 habits he adopted that had a significant impact on his life. I recommend watching it because the content is exciting. Still, in this post, I want to highlight the habit I found most impactful:

Never let a day end at “zero”.

Want to become a writer? Never let the day end with zero words written. Want to read more? Don’t let the day end with zero pages read. Want to improve your health? Never let the day end without completing at least 1 minute of exercise.

The tip is always to do something to reach your goal, even if it’s just one minute of exercise, one page read, or one message to that friend you want to keep in touch with.

Small actions, added up, can have a significant impact on our lives. I’ve been applying this tip since I watched the video, and I’ve felt better about my goals because I’m always making progress, even if it’s in small steps.

I hope this tip makes sense for you, too, dear reader. And if you have more suggestions, share them in the comments.
